Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Custom imprints are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please proofread your imprint before submitting. If we make a mistake on your pencil order, we will promptly correct the problem
  • Pencils are available in a wide range of colors, but not every color shade or gradient. We guarantee that the pencil is the color you ordered: red, blue, green, etc... We can not guarantee that the color will be the shade you are trying to complement. The preview you see on your screen may vary from the actual color of the pencil.
